App Store doesn't work on Mojave installed from scratch.

Try do download application.

  1. Loged in to AppStore
  2. Press Get / Install - circle spins forever - nothing is happened.


Already have read all forums and tried that solutions.

Nothing helps.

Reinstalled Mojave from scratch - AppStore doesn't work. Same as before.

Please help.

Something broke on Apple's backend. It's affecting almost every Mojave install, even those that haven't updated to Safari 14.0.3 or SU2021-002. You can work around it temporarily by killing the AppStoreagent process, then downloading again. Be advised that once you close the App Store, it will revert back to being unusable until you kill that process again.

Thanks, Steve626. I do know how to find the Library folder within my home folder, though for some reason, finding it using keyboard commands wasn't working for me when I posted about it, so I found it by clicking on Recent folders in the dropdown menu and clicking on Library (as I've accessed my home folder Library frequently in the past) . :)

I'd already solved the problem a different way by the time I saw your post, but I appreciate your response.
