Reinstalled Mojave from scratch - AppStore doesn't work. Same as before.

Something broke on Apple's backend. It's affecting almost every Mojave install, even those that haven't updated to Safari 14.0.3 or SU2021-002. You can work around it temporarily by killing the AppStoreagent process, then downloading again. Be advised that once you close the App Store, it will revert back to being unusable until you kill that process again.
Me too on two macs running Mojave. No problem on an old MacBook Pro running High Sierra or my daughter’s running Catalina.
Also after uninstalling an app that needed updating the AppStore is showing that I still have the app and it that it still needs updating.
I also cannot launch apps from within the AppStore.
Hope there’s a fix soon.

I do know how to find the Library folder within my home folder, though for some reason, finding it using keyboard commands wasn't working for me when I posted about it, so I found it by clicking on Recent folders in the dropdown menu and clicking on Library (as I've accessed my home folder Library frequently in the past) . :)

No, I don't know when Apple will fix it but as I mentioned, you can use the workaround until this issue is resolved.

I tried this workaround several times, unfortunately it's not working for me.
Tried on two systems a MacBook pro from 2016 and a Mac mini from late 2012.
Same problem on both my MacBooks with Mojave 10.14.6
Chatted with Apple Support for about 3h without success :(

Glad you got it working. Just remember this is a temporary workaround. You will need to this again if you quit the App Store. Hopefully Apple gets this issue properly sorted in short order.
Sadly, that fix is not working for me. So frustrating.
What do think is the best way to clear the App Store cache?

Apple seems to have fixed the problem, currently it works on all my Mojave Macs without killing "appstoreagent".
App Store doesn't work on Mojave installed from scratch.
