My order is not showing in the order status

I’ve ordered a MacBook Air M1 on 14th February and when I wanted to see the order status today it won’t show up the specific order.

M1 MacBook Pro order status showing "Arriving soon". I ordered my M1 MacBook Pro with the 16GB ram and the 1 TB space on 29th January. It has shipped and was showing the standard delivery date as 12th February. However, when I checked today(7th Feb), it is showing order status as "Arriving soon". Any idea as to what it means?

order status not found I have placed an order for a MacBook Pro recently. It was shown in my orders part of apple store app with a status of preparing until today that no order is shown and I can’t find it. Even when searching in the order tab of the Apple website with order number and email no order can be found. what can the problem be?

Order stuck at "Processing" I have ordered a new 2020 13 inch Macbook pro on 23 September, it is a custom order. The order processing started in the same evening. It's been 15 days now and order is still in Processing state. Is this normal or should I contact someone regarding this? The delivery date is 15 October - 22 October.
