delivery issue

my package has no scheduled delivery date, what do i do? it's been in transit at a location for one week now, it was a 2 day free delivery package

Having issues with understanding apple delivery Hello everyone, one week ago I orderes 2 IPads 2020 with 2 apple pencils as well, both the apple pencils were billed right away, and I went to UPS´s website to track the package, today I woke up and entered to UPS website and it says the delivery date has been rescheduled, but on apple's website everything seems normal. Delivery times I ordered a new I pad from the Apple store on July 3rd 2022. It is now 3 months later and I have not received it yet. The order stays in processing and every two days I get a message to tell me that it is delayed for another 2 days. Of course, when that day comes I get a new message. I have called Apple 2 x but their operators can see only what I can see and they guarantee that it will be delivered 2 days later. NOT!!!!! Are these waiting times normal and when can I expect my new I pad???
