How to open an Indesgn file in Apple Pages?

I have an Indesign file I need to open and work on in Pages. Is there any way to do this?

Thanks in advance

Pages cannot import native InDesign files, but Affinity Publisher can import InDesign .indd files. Otherwise, you would have to export the InDesign file to PDF, and then either open that PDF in Word v16.31 or later to convert it to Word docx, or open that PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro and convert it to Word docx. Then you can open the Word document in Pages. As this is a translation process in Pages, your original design may take a beating…

You can trial a fully functional Affinity Publisher from the above link, and it is half-off right now in the Mac App Store for $24.99. Don't let that low price fool you about the power in the application.
