Wanted to request a refund for a purchase that was made by a kid. Opened reportaproblem website, logged in with Face ID, but there’s no info about any of my purchases. However, I see all the purchases in the phone settings. What can I do?

Hi, if the purchase is within the last 30 days you can refund it. When you purchase something you will get a purchase email. On this email the is an option to refund. Go to the email with this purchase and select it. Or try this https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
