Failed PRAM reset

After noticing that one of the USB C ports on my 2020 MacBook Pro had stopped working, I did an SMC reset. This seemed to fix the problem temporarily but a few days later the port had stopped working again. This time, I tried resetting the PRAM. After shutting the computer off and holding the command+option+P+R keys, the screen remained black and the green camera light came on. Now I cannot turn the computer on no matter what I do. I tried re-doing the PRAM reset to no avail, and another SMC reset. If I hold the power key for more than 10 seconds, the green camera light begins slowly blinking but the computer does not turn on. Has anyone else encountered this problem, or know how to fix this?
