Can't access my iphone stuck in sim not supported

Your iPhone is informing you that it is carrier locked. You will have to contact the carrier that it is locked to so that the carrier can unlock it. You can then use your iPhone with other carriers. Your iPhone is locked to the carrier that it last worked with. If you just purchased the iPhone then contact the seller and find out. If you are just changing carriers then call the last carrier and ask them about getting your iPhone unlocked.
