QuickTime Player will not natively record the screen of your Mac audio, just the external mic. There are third-party apps you can use to record the audio of your screen and some even work with QuickTime Player. You can read more about this here:

I checked all the programs. There is no way to record video with sound from the desktop. It only records the sound from the speakers into the microphone.
Before it was possible to write 100%
Perhaps this is because of Big Sur 11.2.1?

Thanks you, Indeed, I found other programs with which to record.
I just installed a driver for the audio card, configured it and selected this driver in the standard program. Everything works fine.
