iPhone 11 person on the other end can not hear me
I have an iPhone 11 and it is only 8 months old. For the last couple of months it has not been working well. My carrier is Verizon. I can be talking and the person on the other end can not hear me. They say it sounds like I am in a hole and then it fades away. I can still hear them clearly.
I have completed all the steps that Verizon and Apple has has asked me to do on the phone and it is still doing the same thing. I can be at home, walking outside, driving, etc. and it still happens. This leaves me to believe that it not the carrier. (my brother and niece both have Verizon as their carrier and they do not have any issues when they are visiting.
Anyone else ever had this issue?
