Netflix Profile Not Working on ATV4K
I can’t get the main Netflix profile to work on a ATV4K set. I get a msg that says “Error Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later.”Three other Netflix profiles work on the same TV. I re-named the unworking profile and did several login/outs.This same profile works on other televisions on the same network. They are not 4K sets. This profile stopped working about 3 days ago. Any ideas?
If I delete the Netflix APP and reinstall it, will I loose all the data (list and watch history) for all profiles? Is that something worth trying?
And yes, I asked Netflix for help via Twitter DM since their FAQs doesn't address my issue. No response yet.
