Software update and hotspot setup

Hello. Please good morning. Please I don’t have a WiFi connection, due to that, I’m unable to update my phone to the latest software and also, my iCloud backup has stopped due to that. I can’t also setup my hotspot as well. And whenever I connect my phone to my PC, all that’s found are my photos and nothing else, meanwhile, it’s my documents that I want to transfer to my PC. Lastly, my phone over heats too much and my battery runs down faster. Please I really really need help.

The first issue you need to get resolved is to obtain an Internet connection. Many of the functions that you need to do with your iPhone will require a Wi-Fi connection to the Internet. Alternatively, some of those functions could be performed by connecting your iPhone directly to a Mac or PC, and in turn, those devices would need to have Internet access.

If a Mac or PC is not available, then I suggest that you ask a friend or relative, with Wi-Fi Internet access, for help. Lastly, pay a visit to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them help you out.
