iPhone 11 proximity sensor

Hi,

on new iPhone (~3 month)

sometimes the proximity sensor stop working.

while I am in a call, the screen is not turned off and the touch is working while the phone is close to my head.

Make sure that nothing (cover or screen protector) obstructs / interferes with your iPhone's proximity sensor, which is in the upper notch, close to the earpiece.

If that's not the case, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, have it inspected at an Apple Store or AASP.
