pop-up blocker is enabled please add this site to your exception list

After downloading my college app from the AppStore, when I select the certain contents it I’m getting pop message on both my iPad and iPhone stating ‘ pop-up blocker is enabled please add this site to your exception list’ please suggest how can I add site to exception list.
