Do you have driver for DCP-T420W Brother Printer?
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14
Other drivers are working for scanning but not printing.

I tried using the driver for DCP-T510W and it worked for me.
You can download it here:
https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=ph&lang=en&prod=dcpt510w_all&os=10060.
Select the 10.15or older MacOS version. Just double click and install after downloading.
After installing, add your printer in "Printers and Scanner" settings and use the DCP-T510W CUPS driver.
Note: Use this at your own risk. I'm not an expert on this topic and I don't know if there will be complications or not. I just want to share my solution. :)

Is this working on said DCP-T420W Printer? Wont it direct me to apple store to download the App? Its annoying to not directly print from other apps.
I regularly use the fast print option and the print quality is fine. Try using that setting? It works properly for me.
