I have 2 Macs, one running high Sierra, and the other Catalina. I uploaded a CD to my iTunes library, on the Mac with high Sierra I have home sharing turned on, and it doesn't show up on my other Mac or devices. I also noticed my playslists aren't the same on the Mac with high Sierra. Is there a fix?
Home Sharing allows devices and computers sharing an Apple ID to see the libraries of other Home Shared computers on the network. Nothing is copied over automatically. That feature is provided in iTunes Match and Apple Music.
