Not Enough APPLICATION MEMORY Is There a Fix

I have freed up about 40 GB of space on my computer and it seemed that it fixed the issue but it came back. I don't usually run a lot of applications at once, Google Chrome (Meet / Classroom / Gmail / Drive) and maybe one other application.

Is there a fix for this issue? I can't afford a new computer.

8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3
