AirPods keep disconnecting from PC

My airpods connected to my laptop with no issue, and for a while they were working fine with it, but now whenever I'm watching a video/movie or listening to music on my laptop, they'll just randomly cut off. When it first started it didn't happen frequently, but as time has gone on its gotten worse. They disconnect every 30 seconds or so, but the thing is, when I go into my Bluetooth settings it doesn't say "disconnected" it still says "connected voice, music" but no sound comes through the earbuds until I manually disconnect and reconnect them. Then after getting them to work again they stop again after another few seconds.

I've tried just about any solutions I could find online: I've tried removing the device and reconnecting it as a whole, I've tried restarting my computer, I've troubleshooted my bluetooth, etc. but none of them worked.

I don't have this issue with connecting my airpods to my phone, just my laptop, so the issue is specifically with my apple airpods to my windows computer.

if anyone knows of a way to fix this it would be greatly appreciated. It's getting extremely frustrating

To start, you've done a great job troubleshooting this issue yourself. Going forward, go through any steps in the following article you haven't already tried that may help with the issue you're seeing: If your AirPods won't connect - Apple Support

Also, we do want to provide you with the information from the following article since this does only appear to be occurring on a specific device, "The features of your AirPods might be limited, depending on the Bluetooth device that they're connected to." Set up AirPods with your Mac and other Bluetooth devices
