While you may need to contact the developer/manufacturers of these apps and accessories, we may be able to help get you pointed in the right direction with some isolation steps.
To get started, have you had a chance to test YouTube in a different browser such as using Safari instead? If it works just fine in Safari, then you may need to contact Chrome support for additional help.
In the meantime, have you had a chance to test with a completely different Bluetooth or even a wired headset? If everything works just fine using a different headset, both in Safari and Chrome, see if the same thing happens on websites on other than YouTube. A persistent issue with just this one headset may require you contacting Jabra support directly for additional help.
