In this case, it is best to use an external storage device (such as an external hard drive) and copy and paste data on there you want to move, then paste it again to the new Mac.
Also, on the new Mac, do not download or use any "disc cleaners", "cleaners", or "anti-virus software". It just causes lots of issues. If you feel you need an anti-malware, use Malwarebytes for Mac (free) and run a scan occasionally. - https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/.
