Safari Translate missing on one Mac...

My Big Sur iMac used to have the Safari translate function, but it's disappeared.

My Big Sur MacBook Air does have the translate function. As does my iPhone 12.

Both Macs are macOS 11.2.1 and Safari 14.0.3.

I can see no way of 'switching it on'.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Hey there ian-apple,

We understand you've been unable to use the translate function in Safari on your iMac computer. We'll be happy to help.

To begin, double-check the steps you're using for the feature with this page: Translate a webpage in Safari on Mac (Beta)

Also, take a moment to review this page: Webpage Translation in Safari on Mac (Beta)

It explains that the translation option can vary by country and region.

Cheers!
