tried to backup my new iphone 11 in itunes and got an errorn and coul not finish back up, but now my phone is frozen and it wont even shut off help
how do i shut it off to retry

Hi
First thing to try is a forced restart:
* press and quickly release the Volume Up button.
* Press and quickly release the Volume Down button.
* Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo. (KEEP it pressed until the apple Logo appears)
