i have the same computer authorized twice. can i remove one of them without messing anything up?

I'm having trouble downloading songs I've purchased from iTunes and I'm not sure why I have the same computer authorized twice so if I delete one, will it mess everything up?

See Authorization vs. association - Apple Community. You can deauthorize all and then authorize the computers you're actively using.
