Settings, Privacy, Camera will have a list of apps asking for it
You may have to turn off Screen Time

Thank you. When I went to that, it only listed App Clips. I power-cycled the phone and it now shows all the apps. I don’t know if I’ve discovered a feature or a bug…
a glitch.
Turning computers off then on again is the universal cure.
