iPhone Security

I have long suspected that my phone was being controlled remotely. I could not prove and I didn’t update my pw often enough. This past week I was trying to turn off features on the accessibility menu which I do not it use and I saw at the top of the screen it would cancel but then mute the sound so I could not hear wat was being stated. I called Apple and the agent went through and saw things didn’t look right she advised to reset the phone through iTunes. So J did a reset through iTunes an d when the phone was restoring I saw a device under my Apple ID I never saw called word 660b and it said it had the ability to receive codes to reset my Apple ID pw. Then I never saw it again. So I did a factory reset and couldn’t get back in my phone has to go through activation lock through Verizon. How can you track what hidden apps are on your phone? How can you ensure this doesn’t happen again?

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.
