My iPhone 4s software update and Install .but now open my iPhone 4s Show Connect ITunes with cable.

I'm trying to restart power button,home button and volume button passes but can't restart my iPhone 4s. I can't backup my data local computer or icloud backup mode. How to do activate my iPhone 4s without lost my iPhone 4s device apps and apps data ?
