Face ID

Hey, my Face ID wasn’t working this morning , just never recognised my face. So I deleted my Face ID to reset set it up again. It’s now saying “ move iPhone lower/higher” and sometimes says “ Face ID not available “, I’ve tried everything I’ve seen online: resetting iPhone, doing everything it tells me to do. I really just need help

Iphone 13 Pro Max Face ID My iphone is completely up to date. Actually this problem started with the most recent update. I am having problems with the Face ID. It hasn’t been reading my face to unlock the phone so i tried resetting the face ID. When trying to reset, i continue to get the message “move iphone lower” or higher. I’m in great lighting and nothing is blocking my face nor is my phone cracked or even scratched. I tried resetting my phone and it’s still giving me the same problem when trying to set up the face ID. Do i need to take it to the apple store or is there anything I can do??

Face ID So for the last few months my Face ID doesn’t work, I’ve tried resetting it but it just says ‘move iPhone lower/higher’ whenever I try to set it up. Sometimes it says “Face ID not available” but not always. My phone is up to date and I’ve tried restarting it with the sound switch up and still the same problem. Please help

Face ID suddenly stopped working and won’t reset I’m using iPhone 13 ProMax with the newest iOS ver. I’ve set up Face ID before and it works for a few months, but suddenly it cannot recognize my face, so I reset the Face ID. When I set up the new Face ID, it keeps saying move iPhone lower/higher. No matter how much I move my phone, it still won’t have any effect. I have tried restarting it several times. Pls help. Thankyou
