So for the last few months my Face ID doesnāt work, Iāve tried resetting it but it just says āmove iPhone lower/higherā whenever I try to set it up. Sometimes it says āFace ID not availableā but not always. My phone is up to date and Iāve tried restarting it with the sound switch up and still the same problem. Please help

Follow all steps here If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
