Face ID set up not working

Hi!

my Face ID wasn’t working this morning, I tried restarting my phone but it was still the same. So I reset my Face ID but now it isn’t allowing me to set up my Face ID. When I press ‘get started’ it keeps telling me to either move my iPhone higher or lower but no movement is fixing it. I found a similar post on here from 2019 and I followed the steps they said to do including updating, turning on ring mode and restarting my phone and nothing has worked
