Apple Watch alarm haptic only?

All... I'm using the Sleep feature in the Health app to set bedtime and wake alarm. I prefer the wake alarm to only use haptic on my watch to wake me each morning. I don't want any audible sound from my iPhone or watch during this time so I don't disturb my spouse since I have a very early wake up time.

I feel like I have everything set properly, but my watch plays sound for the alarm. How can I ensure haptic only? What settings should I double check?

I appreciate the help!

Unfortunately, that link didn't really explain how to have my alarm only be haptic when I want to wake up. I appreciate the reply and will reach out directly to Apple Support. Thanks again.

Hello 105437,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're looking for options to silence your alarm and only have the haptic feedback to wake you. Take a look at the following article:

Track your sleep with Apple Watch

Section: Change or add a sleep schedule

#3 describes how to adjust the sound for your alarm.

If you find you're unable to override an alarm sound, please reach out to Apple Support for additional assistance at Get Support.

Best regards.
