Color Coding iPhone Calendar
I find all the dots in the calendar confusing as to what are appointments and what are holidays. I wish I could color code them. Would other users find that helpful too?

We understand from your post that you would like to color code the dots on calendar entries. As this is not currently a feature, you may want to consider leaving feedback for Apple for this type of feature to be possibly implemented in a future update:
