Cannot access Amazon from the app or the browsers on my iphone

All of the sudden my Amazon app quit working on my iphone. It tries to load then gives me the "hang dog" pic and UH OH, something went wrong on our end. Also, I cannot reach Amazon through either browser on my phone, Safari or Firefox.

I've spoken to Amazon twice and they were absolutely useless in solving the problem. I haven't been able to access Amazon from my phone for going on three months.

Any suggestions or recommendations?
