Are you sure you tried everything, including at the very end where it says, "If you continue to see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you try to restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, contact us"?
I try everything my pc and iTunes are up to date and still shows me unknown error 4013
Not the original poster, I've tried contacting... tried to schedule an appointment both in person and to schedule a call, and I'm stuck in a loop where I can't even log in.
