Eufy camera not detecting motion in HomeKit

I have a eufy camera. The eufy software detects motion as soon as a person enter the camera field.

HomeKit software doesn’t detect the motion and start recording until a person has been in the field for a couple seconds. Sometimes it doesn’t record at all, but the same session is fully recorded in the eufy software.

Is there a way to fix this?

HomeKit Secure Video Hi, I recently installed 2 Eufy 2K Indoor Cameras. I have them set up to use HomeKit and it has been working well with motion dection and face recognition until Monday. Suddenly they no longer appear to be notifying me or saving any video at all in HomeKit Secure Video. The cameras show up and connect in Live View just fine while using the Home app, so they appear to be working normally other than the detection and recording features. The Eufy app is properly recording the video when motion is detected, so in my estimation this is an issue having to do with the connection to HomeKit Secure Video. I have already tried restarting both cameras and I completely removed one from HomeKit and added it back. It still has the same issue. I'm not sure what else I can do besides restart the cameras and remove/re-add them to Home?

Logi circle 2 camera not responding on HomeKit app I have had 3 Logi Circle cameras for over a year and have not had many problems. However 3 days ago, when I go to see a video feed in the HomeKit app it’s states the camera is not responding. Although on the logi circle app the camera is working perfectly fine. Another oddity, is that even though I do not have a live video feed in Homekit, the motion sensor does work! Logi Firmware version 5.6.49 iOS 12.3.1 I don't know what I can do to troubleshoot this other than uninstall and reinstall. Any help would be helpful!

logitech circle 2 cameras not recording after ios 15.2 update After updating to the latest software on the 14/12/21 - iOS 15.2, watch os, Mac OS and TV, my Logitech circle 2 cameras work very well but have stopped recording. Nothing else has changed. Do I have to wait for a Logitech software update or is this an apple software issue?

Thanks, I’ve had numerous conversations with Eufy.

They recommended contact Apple support as HomeKit has different motion detection algorithms than the Eufy software. The Eufy software has camera sensitivity settings but HomeKit doesn’t.
