On previous iTunes software (currently 12.9.5.5) it was easy to move specific photo albums from my MacBook Air (currently Majave) to my iPhone 7 (currently IOS 14.4). I currently only get the option to sync my photos (not specific albums) to my iPhone for my new iPad (IOS 14.4) will only download photos via wifi which doesn't work. My question is how do I download my photos from my MacBook to my IOS devices now?

Apple seem to make it hard to find support information for older versions of their applications. iTunes in Mojave should be very similar to iTunes for Windows. Try Sync photos in iTunes on PC with devices - Apple Support.

I’m sorry but I have absolutely no interest in using iCloud for my photos. The other guide that was referenced does not have an option for my OS Mojave on my 2015 MacBook Air. I just want to move photos from my MacBook to my iPad and iPhone.
