When I tried to sync my music library with iCloud, I get this message. However, the instructions don't match (see my File > Library menu below). When I buy songs from iTunes store or add music from my Apple Music subscription, they show up on all of my devices. What am I missing?

Hi,

Try sign out of your account. This will clear previous genius results. Close iTunes/ Music app then reopen. Sign back into your account, make sure that sync library has been checked in preferences.

This may take a while.
