Hello BeniJet,

We know it is important that your contacts are always available when you need them. Let's look deeper and try to find why they are disappearing.

Power cycle the iPhone using these instructions: Restart your iPhone

While simple, this can refresh the iOS, apps and connections.

If the contacts continue to disappear, on the iPhone, tap on Settings > Contacts > Accounts. Tap on the Outlook account. Make sure that Contacts is toggled on.

Do you have other Apple devices that share these contacts? Do they disappear from there also?

We hope this helps.

Have a great day!

Hello BeniJet,

When you say the contacts disappear and then come back, what are you doing to bring them back? Is there a particular action that seems to cause them to disappear? Is Contacts completely empty or are there some contacts remaining?

Do you sync these contacts with other devices? Do they disappear from there also?

Is the iOS up to date? Just as a reminder, here are the different ways available to update iOS: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support Be sure to follow the instructions on how to make a backup of your data before updating.
