I’ve been using Google Authenticator for 2FA on my IOS devices. Is there a comparable app for macOS? Hard to believe I know, but I don’t always have my phone with me. Having to retrieve my phone when using my Macs is a nuisance.

Thanks for your reply TJsret. You're right. There's an option to back up your Authy data which can then be synced on another device. I think this solves my question!
On the mobile version of Authy (IOS and I am pretty sure Android has it to) you can scan a QR Code when you add a new Login. And it does have a Sync Function also so you don't have to add your logins more then once.
An update: I installed Authy which purports to be the equivalent of Google Authenticator for computers. So far the main problem is the inability to scan the QR codes to add new sites. You have to search for the appropriate codes.
