The crown of the Apple Watch has fallen down

The crown of the apple watch of my best friend has been fallen down, while working, without noticing. Does it exist spare parts for the crown?

Apple Watch's Digital Crown fell off Hello! After 6 months of using it, my Apple Watch's Digital Crown fell off. No idea when and where as I used it for running that day. And the answer from iSpot is they can sell me a new watch at about 10% lower price! I cannot believe it! Such a company and so outrageous way of treating customers. What can I do? Who can I contact to get it repaired? I request a repair under warranty - it's just 6 month old! Unbelievably sad....

You would need to get Apple to fix the watch.
