Hello.I deleted the app and it disappeared from the screen(as expected).But I can still log in to it and I get notifications from it.Also in the settings, the device is available and in the app store it is shown as downloaded.But the icon itself is not on the screen.Also, when searching for applications, it is displayed.What should I do?

you can delete from the App Library by locating the app and tap/hold, select Delete App
or you can go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage > [app name] > Delete
If you still are unable to delete, check:
Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps
make sure that's set to 'Allow'
