I use Eyetv software from Elgato systems ( Geniatech) and when i launch the program to watch television , it keeps crashing, what now?

Does anyone still use this software to watch over the air broadcasts?

Geniatech indicates that EyeTV 3 is compatible with OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) and later and a compatible device. That is years of compatibility vagueness as any subsequent operating system release might break the software without vendor acknowledged testing.

I suggest you contact Geniatech and try to get a straight answer from them about support for EyeTV 3, your particular device, and macOS Mojave or later. Don't stand for OS X 10.9 or later. That is rubbish.
