Any suggestions to get the phone back working? I did the suggestions on the apple support page and it did not change anything.
I do need to delete all my info on the phone anyway so any suggestion is appreciated.

I just backed up my old iPhone 8 to my Mac because I purchased a 12. My computer had to update a software in order to read the phone. When done, I disconnected and my iPhone 8 was stuck on the apple screen. I tried the remedy listed on apple suppo
