onedrive read only

Recently i can only Read-Only my documents for onedrive in the files APP, i cannot add new folders etc and cannot find a reason why.

My subscription to Microsoft is current and i am logged in on my device.

any ideas?

iCloud Drive download icon won't go away I just started using iCloud Drive on my M1 Mac (Ventura) and it seems to work great, except the cloud icon with the down arrow indicating that my files are only in the cloud will not go away. All of my files are downloaded - when I click the cloud icon, nothing happens. Ideas?

new folder not empty when created when I open new folder it creates a folder on desktop with the folder as a subfolder, before when I created a new folder on desktop all the desktop was in the folder, I cleared desktop, restarted computer and put 1 item on desktop, a new folder is chosen on menu not "new folder with selection". every new folder created has whatever is on desktop. tried all finder preferences and no luck. please assist as can't organise anything and duplicates every desktop file makes issues. Thanks in advance

I have the same issue still present even after update to IOS 14.5.1
