On Microsoft Word - I can print a file to PDF, but I cannot export it to PDF using 'Save As' options.
I need to use the latter option with 'Best for electronic distribution' selected to preserve the URL links.
I am running Big Sur 11.2.1 and Word 16.46.
Has anyone had this issue and if so, how did you resolve it please?

Thanks for the replies - I figured it out in the end. In my case it was a matter of enabling permissions for Word to use online services for conversion. Thanks.
You need the pricey Acrobat to use links in a document.
Print to PDF destroys the link.
Did you try file>print and there is a drop down in the print window that gives you a choice to save as pdf to open in preview?
Export to pdf in Word via 'Save as' in Word File menu works fine on my other machine, and preserves the links.
Then do that on the machine your using.
