Word won't save documents as a pdf to export.

Word won't save my documents as a printable pdf to export. Any advice please? I've tried quite a few things already.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.5

It’s a little semi-hidden “trick”

You “print” the document … BUT when presented the print option screen, there’s a dropdown box where you can choose pdf …

… followed by the desired output file location.

Voila … pdf.
