ipad A1474. Just about to do a factory reset. I had the logo on my screen to connect USB cable as I was doing this from itunes. My son knocks the ipad form the table, battery terminal breaks and disconnects. I take ipad to bits buy new battery..

Now when I switch the A1474 on the apple logo flashs for one second and disappears. I have tried pressing all the button sequences to start a factory reset and it does not work. I then connect to my windows PC with itunes and itunes no longer recognises ipad. I have complete ipad backup, so just need to work out how to get the restore function to work again or itunes to recognise it has an ipad connect and needs to upload the backup. Any help appreciated.
