2020 iPad Air and 2nd Gen Pencil - screen responsiveness issue

Hello.

Sometime the pencil (sorry) for what I use it for, BUT, anyone having issues with a task such as going into photos on iPad, and trying to select mulitple pictures, as if to delete? Everytime I click it is a 50/50 chane that the pic will not be selected. Sometimes it is delayed. Using finger is fine, but not the pencil. I am on my 2nd iPad that they sent... Anyone else having this issue?

Make sure in the Settings app, under Apple Pencil settings panel that “Only Draw with Apple Pencil” is toggled OFF.

See if this makes a difference.
