After upgrading my iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 14.4, my iPhone can no longer be seen by other devices. And it cannot see other devices. That's via Bluetooth, the list of other devices is empty and I Forgot all previously paired devices .Wifi is working fine. I restored my iPhone to factory settings. I had first restored my Apple Watch to factory setting, so, right now the Apple Watch is useless, stuck at Start Pairing.
First make sure Screen Time is completely off. You may have restored it from backup turned on.
Otherwise arrange a repair
