Since updating to iOS 14 my iPhone11 now will not select numbered options on calls! The keypad tone sounds but the option selected just doesn’t happen. I need to call my children’s schools, I need to call work, hospitals, doctors...... most places now require you to select a numbered option before your call is processed!! Why on earth has this update removed this option??!

It was when on a call and they request you select a number option to proceed, the keypad tone sounded but the option selected wasn’t identified.
I restarted the phone and it seems to have sorted it now. Thanks!

We understand you're experiencing an issue with pressing numbers while on a call, and we'd like to see if we can assist.
Does this happen when selecting keypad from the phone call screen, when accessing the Phone app outside of the call screen, or both? Learn more here: While on a call on iPhone
Also, restart your iPhone, and test for the issue again.
Finally, check to see if this happens with multiple numbers for outgoing calls, or only specific ones.
