Iphone 11 power button not working and screen is frozen and tap not responsive

I just picked up my phone and the screen isn't working and I cannot turn it off or hard reset it. The power button seems to not work at all.. The screen itself is on but I can't tap on icons or anything to even get into my settings...The battery is at 100% and it won't die for a long time

What can I do? This needs to be urgently fixed.
