IPhone XR stuck in grayscale

i picked my phone up and it unlocked and my hand must’ve pressed some buttons which suddenly made the phone grey. I have turned off all of the grayscale options in settings and in zoom settings but it is still all in black and white! Please can anyone help?

iPhone XR, iOS 14

Hi E_Killick,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. You've mentioned that you're unable to turn off Grayscale on your iPhone. Did you turn it off in Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Color Filters? If so, have you also tried restarting your iPhone?
